The Collection Point Is:

 

38 SHED, TEST ROAD, EASTERN DOCKS, SOUTHAMPTON (ACCESS VIA DOCK GATE 4).

 

HOW TO GET THERE:

 

Approach Southampton via your preferred route and follow the signage to the City Centre, thence to the Eastern Docks – all dock gates are located in Canute Road. Enter the Eastern Docks at Dock Gate 4. Stop at the security hut, say you are making a delivery to the Rotary Shoebox Depot at 38 Shed and give the name of your club. Continue ahead on Central road which later becomes Ocean Road and then Test Road. Pass the QEll passenger terminal on your right and 38 Shed is at the far end.

· Opening Times

The warehouse will be open between 10.00 and 1600 on the following dates:

Saturday 7th November             Sunday 8th November

Saturday 14th November           Sunday 15th November

 

Deliveries at other times, where absolutely necessary, may be accommodated but only by advance appointment.

· Delivery Timing

As in previous years, all deliveries will be allocated specific date and time slots so please contact us in advance with your preferred date and times.

If possible deliveries should be made during the first weekend, to enable us to stagger the shipping arrangements (loading of containers, etc) .

 

NB. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE NOTIFIED US THAT YOU ARE COMING; OTHERWISE THE WAREHOUSE MAY BE CLOSED!!!
